Kindness doesn’t hurt

Written by Archana Kapoor

After a short gap, we are back with the ‘Six Words Stories Challenge’. The last challenge on ‘Betrayal‘ was heart-wrenching and I am happy I got the opportunity to talk about a troubled topic because of which the world is suffering now. This week’s challenge is on the prompt ‘Help‘ and the word just brought one face to my mind – that of our dog Bella. She was abused in the house she was earlier and then sent to the animal shelter. She came across as one of the most compassionate creatures on earth and we decided to adopt her from the shelter.

Hope you enjoy this little story as much as I did writing it!

Innocent smile, anxious eyes,  Bella adopted.
